OTTAWA — The city planning and codes recently sent a survey to builders, plumbers, electricians and heating and cooling contractors to see what they thought of the department’s permit and inspection programs, planning and codes director Wynndee Lee. According to the survey, contractors give Lee’s department high grades and they’ve given the city some good advice, she said.
