OTTAWA — Widening and improving Montana Road north of Ottawa will likely get a green light from county commissioners when they meet Wednesday morning at 8:30 at the county annex. The project would improve Montana Road between the Ottawa city limits and a new interchange with the new U.S. 59 expressway. County public works director Jim Haag said the county has reached agreements to buy more right-of-way along Montana Road and is working on another. Commissioners will vote on those agreements Wednesday.
