EMPORIA — A former Ottawa University official has been named the chief development officer at the Emporia State University Foundation. Roseanne Becker served as vice president of university advancement at OU and has been a fund-raiser for Creighton University, the University of Missouri of Kansas City and Cleveland College. She also has a master’s degree from Ottawa University.
