TOPEKA — The Mental Health Center of East Central Kansas, which serves Osage and Coffey counties has received a nearly $16,000 grant from the Tower Mental Health Foundation, said Attorney General Steve Six. The center will use the grant to buy laptop computers. That will allow the center’s staff who work in schools to download electronic records and better serve students. The money comes from a settlement between the AG’s office and the Menninger Foundation, Six said.
