TOPEKA — State Rep. Bill Otto’s on-again, off-again redneck rap is back on You Tube. And Otto will soon have a new rap joining it. The Topeka Capital-Journal reported that Otto met with black activist Sonny Scoggins, who had threatened to picket Otto when legislators return next year, to clear the air about his controversial video poking fun at President Obama’s policies and share a cup of coffee. After Wednesday’s meeting, Otto told the paper he was planning a new rap video about those ideas he shares with Obama.
Otto reposted his redneck rap with a new introduction explaining that he isn’t a racist but says he’s unrepentant.
