OSAGE CITY — The Osage City Council will meet tonight at 7 at city hall. The council will continue looking at a proposed level-pay plan for utility customers and at a sidewalk program. They’ll also talk about a loan request from the Osage City Golf Club for a new fairway mower and repairs to the pump station at Melvern Lake.
