POMONA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a vehicle fire that occurred before Monday morning on the western edge of the county. Deputies found a truck that had hit a tree in the 2700 block of Alabama Terrace southwest of Pomona. Officers said the truck had been stripped and had been completely burned.
