OTTAWA — Bill Allegre said once a deal to sell his Allegre and Briscoe pharmacies to Walgreen’s is finalized – probably as early as next week — he’ll put the buildings eventually up for sale. Walgreen’s is buying the patient list and the prescription drugs, he said. The Briscoe Pharmacy, Ninth and Main, will be closed immediately and the remaining merchandise moved to the Allegre Pharmacy, 304 S. Main St., where it will be sold over the next three weeks. Allegre said he has received some inquiries about the buildings.
