OTTAWA — Ottawa police received two more reports Friday of vandals breaking windows at Ottawa businesses. Police said someone broke a glass door at Loyd Builders in the 2100 block of South Elm and damaged a window at Ramsey Printing in the 600 block of North Main Street. Damage to windows at Ottawa businesses has been a long-running problem along major streets.
