OTTAWA — The paving project on Montana Road between the new U.S. 59 intersection and Sand Creek Road should be done this week. County administrator Lisa Johnson said the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce is planning a grand opening 3 p.m. Nov. 1 of the revamped road. That stretch of Montana Road had been the only part of the road northeast of Ottawa that remained unpaved and had been damaged by the heavy traffic from the new U.S. 59 interchange.
