GARNETT – Col. John Rainville of Fort Leavenworth will be the guest speaker for Thursday’s Veterans Day celebration at Anderson County Junior-Senior High School at 10:30 a.m. in Garnett. He is a director of a battle lab at Fort Leavenworth. Garnett’s Veterans Day events will honor 98-year-old D-Day survivor Willis Henderson of Garnett.
