OTTAWA — The city public works department says that Killough Construction will be slinging asphalt this week. Because it appears weather conditions appear favorable this week, Killough crews will overlay Willow Street between 15th and 17th streets, 15th Street between the Rock Creek bridge and the eastern city limits, and Parking Lot B, which is downtown between First and Second streets east of Walnut. City crews will repaint lines in the lot. The city said vehicles will have to be out of the parking lot when the paving and painting project is under way.
