TOPEKA — Governor-elect Sam Brownback has announced who will head the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Brownback picked Rob Siedlecki, Jr., to head the SRS. He is now the chief of staff for the Florida Department of Health. Dr. Robert Moser Jr., will head the KDHE. He was medical director of the Greeley County Health Services and is now the director of rural health and outreach at the University of Kansas School of Medicine at Wichita. He was 2006 Kansas Family Physician of the Year.
