TOPEKA–A former computer administrator for the state has pleaded guilty to 26 counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Timothy Lee Floyd, 48, was ordered to serve two life sentences, without the possibility of parole until he served 25 years, yesterday. Topeka police testified that Floyd had observed more than 750 videos of child pornography and possessed over 6,000 photos. Floyd worked for the state for 24 years and was a technology administrator at the Kansas Department of Revenue at the time of his arrest.
