OTTAWA — “Professionals Helping Children” is holding a breakfast fundraiser for 9-year-old David Born and 8-year-old Madi Smith Saturday morning from 8 to 10 at Applebees. David is a quadriplegic, and Madi is suffering from a brain tumor. The breakfast includes all-you-can-eat pancakes and sausage. Tickets are $5, and children under 2 are free.
