OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission is still trying to draft a response to Ottawa Main Street’s request for a beer garden fundraiser in June. Because Commissioner Gene Ramsey, who is a critic of the idea, couldn’t attend Monday’s meeting, the request will come up at Monday‘s meeting.
