OTTAWA — An Ottawa man told the Franklin County Sheriff’s office Tuesday afternoon that someone kicked in the front door of his rental home in the 2600 block of Kentucky Road southwest of Ottawa and stole a Dish Network CVR system. Damage to the door was estimated at $400.
