OTTAWA — Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County is looking for partner families. Families who are living in inadequate housing and don’t have the financial resources to buy a home without some help, who are willing to work hard to build their own home and who have lived in Franklin County for at least six months are eligible. Habitat will have an informational meeting 6:30 p.m. March 31 at Ottawa City Hall. There will also be an open house 4-6 p.m. April 1 at a Habitat home at 727 N.
