LeLOUP – Franklin County 911 says at this hour – 1:15 p.m. — one southbound lane on I-35 near the LeLoup-Tennessee Road interchange has been blocked because of an injury accident. A motorist says a pickup truck has rolled over and was in the ditch, scattering debris along the roadway. A helicopter ambulance was being dispatched to the scene.
