TOPEKA — The Kansas Department of Health and Environment’s Bureau of Wwaste Management will give two grants to help tire out students in Ottawa and at Crest. Lincoln School in Ottawa will receive $16,583 to buy rubber mulch for a playground at the school. Crest will receive a $15,880.23 grant 0to buy rubber mulch for a playground at the school in Colony.
