OTTAWA–The recovery from the severe recession is slow, but things are getting better. That’s the word from Kansas Revenue Secretary Nick Jordan, who spoke this morning at the annual Eggs and Issues Forum at the Great Life Gold and Fitness Facility in Ottawa. Jordan says state revenues are running about 10% above last year.
