OTTAWA — This month, to and fro becomes fro and to at Ottawa City Hall. Unlike normal practice, when the first city commission meeting of the month is the night meeting, today’s city commission meeting will be this morning at 9:30. City manager Richard Nienstedt says the city changed its meeting times – with the second meeting to be in the evening — because of the county summit on May 18. The county summit will deal with workforce development and training.
