OSAWATOMIE–No drug dog for this town. Buster the Drug Dog will soon move to McPherson. The City Council recently gave City Manager Bret Glendening the OK to negotiate the relocation of the Drug Dog and discontinue the program. The officer trained to handle the dog is no longer with the Police Department and Glendening told the City Council that the city may be able to use the county’s Drug Dog for selected drug busts.
