OTTAWA — Killough Construction will start repaving city Parking Lot B northeast of the intersection of Second and Walnut streets Wednesday morning at 7. City public works director Andy Haney said you shouldn’t park in the lot Wednesday. City employees and police will try to identify the owners of any vehicles in the lot Wednesday morning, and ask them to move their cars. Otherwise, the city will tow cars to the parking lot on the south side of the Ottawa Antique Mall, he said. Repaving Lot B was postponed from last year because of construction schedules and weather, he said.
