OTTAWA — The Fanklin County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a case in which Mistina Carter, 41, Ottawa, told deputies that Ronda McCord, 45, Ottawa, deliberately drove into her car in the 3100 block of Iowa Road west of Ottawa Tuesday afternoon. The sheriff’s department said there were no injuries and no apparent damage to the vehicles.
