OTTAWA — The Ottawa Municipal Airport will receive a $27,000 matching state aviation grant. The Kansas Department of Transportation announced the grant Wednesday afternoon and said it will be used for improvements to the fueling system at the airport. The total cost of the project will be $55,000. The airport is one of 27 airports that will receive grants matching funds through the 2012 Kansas Airport Improvement Program.
