OTTAWA — ECKAN will distribute commodity food items to eligible Franklin County residents on Monday. In Ottawa, the food will be distributed Monday morning from 9 to 11:30 at the Ottawa VFW post. In Wellsville, the food will be distributed at the Walnut Plaza Apartments Monday morning from 10 to noon.
