BALDWIN CITY- Baldwin City is looking for a new city administrator. The city conducted a nation-wide search for a replacement. Baldwin City Mayor Ken Wagner says he was pleased to have received 52 applications from all over the country. Wagner says he would like to see a new city administrator in place by Labor Day. Pam Irey, a retired assistant county administrator for Douglas County is currently serving as the interim administrator.
