FRANKLIN COUNTY- Franklin County farmers are chomping at the bit to get busy with the wheat harvest, but the rainy forecast may put a crimp in their plans. Frontier Extension District Agriculture and Natural Resource Agent Darren Hibdon says that the sun will shine again and the harvest will go on. Hibdon also says the rain is not all bad. It just depends on your point of view…and which crops you’re raising.
