GARNETT- A 2011 Garnett senior was honored at the 28th annual Governor’s Scholars Awards program in May. Evan Bennett was invited to the event by Kansas Governor Sam Brownback. The program honors the top academic one percent of Kansas high school seniors from both accredited public and private schools.
