OTTAWA — If you build a good workforce, the businesses will come. That’s the premise of a recent county jobs and workforce summit hosted by Franklin County and Ottawa-Franklin County Economic Development Corporation. Mike Walker, of Fort Hays State discussed how to do a labor study of Franklin County and how to deal with the problem of finding accurate information about workers during the summit.
