BURLINGAME — A former part-time police officer for Burlingame has been charged in connection with a burglary of a rural residence near Burlingame and for stealing city-owned gasoline. The Osage County Herald-Chronicle reported Anthony Richman, 38, resigned as an officer and was then arrested a day later by the Osage County Sheriff’s office.
