OTTAWA — An Ottawa man has chosen to remain in the Franklin County jail as part of a plea agreement. According to court records, 23-year-old Danon Genzer will be arraigned July 11 in connection with the traffic death of Thomas Yohe, 30, Ottawa, last September. Genzer was accused of involuntary manslaughter after his vehicle flew off the road and struck the bottom of a bridge on I-35 on the east edge of Ottawa.
