OTTAWA — The preliminary hearing for an Arizona inmate accused of a kidnapping and sexual assaulting a Williamsburg teen in Ottawa 11 years ago has been continued to July 19. Ralph Corey, 51, Tucson, Ariz., appeared in Franklin County District Court Tuesday morning. Corey was brought to Kansas and charged after a cold-case computer program matched his DNA to evidence from the Ottawa case.
