OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office investigated an argument that occurred between two men at John Brown Road and California Road Friday night. Anthony Wilhite, 20, Centropolis; told officers Joshua Anderson, 27, Pomona, deliberately drove over his foot during the argument. The case was referred to the county attorney’s office.
