OTTAWA — Danon Genzer, 23, Ottawa has pleaded guilty in the traffic death of Thomas Yohe, 30, Ottawa last September. Genzer pleaded guilty in Franklin County District Court Monday as part of a plea deal. Genzer had been charged with involuntary manslaughter while driving while intoxicated after his vehicle flew off the road and struck the bottom of a bridge on I-35 on the east edge of Ottawa, killing Yohe, who was his passenger. Sentencing will be Aug. 15.
