OTTAWA–The proposed YMCA Community Center at the corner of 11th and Mulberry has received a big shot in the arm. The Ottawa University Board of Trustees has approved a million dollar contribution to the project. O-U President Kevin Eichner says the goal is to get at least 4 million dollars in pledges by the end of the year.
