OTTAWA — The Ottawa High School Wall of Honor program is now accepting nominations for the fall induction ceremony. Nominees must have graduated from the high school at least 10 years ago and have demonstrated outstanding professional achievement or service to society. The Wall of Honor was created 15 years ago.
Since then, 48 graduates have been honored. Inductees are chosen by a committee comprised of ottawa high school students, teachers, and alumni. This year’s Wall of Honor events will take place Sept. 13-14. Nomination forms are available on the district Web-site at www.usd290.org under the Ottawa High School / Activities tab. The deadline for nominations is April 15.
