OTTAWA — Preliminary hearings have been cancelled for two Ottawa men charged with the armed robbery of the southern Dollar General store in December. Attorneys indicated in Franklin County District Court this morning that the two men have been offered plea deals. Kyle White will accept a plea agreement, and his arraignment will be April 2. Christian Ream has been offered a plea deal, but is still considering it. His next hearing will be April 2.
