OTTAWA – ECKAN will distribute commodity food items to eligible Franklin County residents Monday: Ottawa VFW Post on Old Highway 59 will be Monday morning from 9 to 11:30;
Wellsville Walnut Plaza Apartments Monday morning from 10 to noon; Pomona Community Center Monday afternoon from 2 to 4. To be eligible, you must meet certain income guidelines and you must have signed up beforehand at the ECKAN Franklin County Center in Ottawa.
