OTTAWA — Ottawa police said they caught two 14-year-olds in the act of burglarizing parked vehicles in the 600 block of East Sixth Street Monday night. One teen was taken into custody for suspicion of vehicle burglary, theft, consuming alcohol and carrying a weapon, police said. The other was held for suspicion of vehicle burglary and theft.
