WELLSVILLE–The “Options for Animals Chiropractic College” near Wellsville had more than 50 human guests when the Franklin County Development Council held its annual dinner. The Council promotes economic development in Franklin County. Special speaker Steve Kelly, Deputy Director of the Kansas Department of Commerce, says Franklin County is an ideal location for new businesses due to nearly interstate highways and the new intermodal.
