OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Fire Department helped the Lincoln-Ottawa-Harrison Rural Fire Department fight a silo fire in the 2100 block of Kingman Terrace southwest of Ottawa Saturday afternoon. Ottawa Fire Chief Jeff Carner said because it was a mutual aid call he had no cause or estimate of damage of the damage.
