The Ottawa Planning Commission is reviewing a proposed duplex housing unit on South Cherry Street. Ottawa Planner, Sarah Anzicek, provided the Planning commission some details:
Anzicek also noted that the development shows initiative of the developer to provide needed housing on a lot that has been vacant for some time, rather than building on the edge of town where roads and utilities might have to be extended.
