The Franklin County Commission has given its blessing to the establishment of a Work-Release Program for some inmates. Sheriff Jeff Richards told the County Commission that inmates in the Program will still be under restrictions. He gave some details:
Richards says a maximum of five inmates will be allowed in the program at first.
