Miami County Sheriff’s Deputies, the Kansas Highway Patrol and the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks assisted the Osawatomie Police Department with a missing persons report, this morning, Monday, August 29. Twenty year old Jamey Anderson drove away from the hospital earlier this morning with 18 year old Salvador Reyes. Reyes is a patient at the hospital and considered dangerous. Anderson is an employee. Both left the hospital in Anderson’s car about 5:30 this morning. That vehicle was located in the area of 287th and Osawatomie Road, near the entrance to Hillsdale Lake.
After an extensive search of the area, on foot with canines and in the air with search helicopters, they were located in the area of Hillsdale Lake.
