The Pleasanton City Council voted to approve Resolution 428 recently, setting a hearing on the annexation of a one and half mile section of 69 highway. The annexation would include the U. S. 69 Highway Corridor for three-quarters of a mile in each direction from the junction at U. S. 69 Highway and 1100 Road, creating a one and half mile stretch. The hearing on the Annexation of that area is set for 6:00 in the evening, September 26th at City Hall.
