There are several things in and around the Old Depot Museun in Ottawa, that need repairs and among them is the caboose. Franklin County Historical Society Executive Director, Diana Staresinic-Deane say a banker, who also happens to be City Commissioner Mike Skidmore, is taking up the cause:
