Ottawa will celebrate the Fourth of July on the fourth of September this year. Due to a supply chain issue with the vendor, Ottawa fireworks were out on a ship somewhere when the July festivities rolled around. This year, Labor Day Weekend will be celebrated with a huge fireworks display over Ottawa, which City Manager, Richard Nienstedt says it makes Ottawa stand out:
The display will be Sunday night at dusk. This is the first time anyone can remember, that Ottawa has held a fireworks show on Labor Day Weekend. It should be a great show… get out there with the family and enjoy.
