One of many issues of concern to farmers, is the Government’s regulation of farm chemicals. The Franklin County Farm Bureau held its Annual Legislative Tour and Dinner at the Pome on the Range Apple Orchard near Williamsburg. One guest speaker was Kansas Farm Bureau Senior Director, Ryan Flickner. He had a question for his audience:
